NPO Salary Survey 2026

Kampajobs is conducting a salary survey in the Swiss NPO sector. The aim is to measure salary satisfaction among NPO employees and to compare salaries in similar roles.

The survey covers NGOs, public institutions and authorities, and international organisations (IGOs) with offices in Switzerland.
